In the Summer, hang out at the private and gated park and beach at the lake with kids play area, dock, riding path, basketball, horsehoes,BBQ and watch the sunset over the lake. Or in the summer, walk five minutes to the shuttle to Snow Summit or drive five minutes to Snow Summit. Watch the skiers ski down the mountain on New Years with torches while watching inside the house and playing ping pong or air hockey. Sing karaoke on the Big Screen TV. Swing set in the back yard for the kids.

Big Bear Lake is across the stree for boating, fishing, cruising and Waterski fun. Wilderness trails with great hikes to falls and Wildlife exploration, are also accessible.
